You'll never cook the same boring potatoes again. Chef Thierry is teaming with the gang at The Hot Stove Society  at the Hotel Andra from 6pm-8pm on Thursday, January 29th and bringing you three ways to take your basic potato and turning it into 3 classically French dishes.

  • Potato Puree, Roasted Beef Tongue, Mushroom, Madeira Sauce

This evening includes a class with Chef Thierry, dinner, and a selection of French wines to try. $115/person
