Getting ready for Seattle Restaurant Week with the Chef in the Hat & Chef Dave
In preparation for Seattle Restaurant Week (April 12th - 23rd) the Chef in the Hat and LUC's Chef Dave took an afternoon to show us all exactly how they make a couple of the wonderful dishes offered on the menu. The Chefs whipped up the most delicious pork chop and smoked salmon and goat cheese tartine while we sat with our mouths watering.
