Rover's Discovery Menu

To give our Kitchen a free rein on their creativity, we have replaced the Taste of LUC Menu with a menu we have happily coined: Rover’s Discovery Menu.

The menu is of the moment and uses the bounty of seasonal ingredients that the Pacific Northwest offers. Menu items include: Thai Snapper with Potato Rissole and Roasted Leg of Lamb with Rosemary Sauce.
