Loulay’s menu highlights the freshness of local and seasonal ingredients following the Chef In The Hat tradition. Many of the menu items are rooted in his childhood memories, including hot chocolate with brioche and salted butter that is based on a recipe shared with his grandparents.
We offer a large selection of Old World and New World wines. We also offer Sommelier Select Reserve Wines by the glass highlighting the beauty of our local Northwest wines. If you're interested in more than just a glass, Loulay is the only restaurant in Seattle which offers A Suite of Wine, which is a collection of three half bottles of wine to be enjoyed throughout your dining experience.
Should questions arise while making a selection, Wine Director Scot Smith can help select the perfect wine to enjoy with your meal. Cheers!
