The Chef In The Hat is Thierry Rautureau, the talented force behind Loulay Kitchen & Bar and Luc restaurants, bringing a French twist to the best of Pacific Northwest cuisine.


Washington Wine Month 2016 is in full swing at Loulay. We always have a selection of premium Washington wines available by the glass and bottle, but for the month of March we have an exclusive, you won't find anywhere else menu of wines by the glass for you to enjoy.

All of these wines are poured through the Coravin.  Thereby guaranteeing the freshness and quality of the wine.  :)
