Culinary Adventure to Peru

We are taking off on another delicious culinary adventure, this time to Peru!

Once again, we are teaming up with Ponte Travels and putting together a once in a lifetime foodie experience. From March 23 to April 3, 2019, we will be traveling throughout Peru to explore the country's culture and cuisine. Beginning in Lima this trip will immerse you in the ancient culture of Peru and finishes in the heart of the Inca empire, the Sacred Valley. We've selected Peru because, 'How can you govern a country with over one thousand kinds of potatoes?'. If you are familiar with Charles De Gaulle, that is what he would have said if he was in charge of Peru.

Chef Thierry Rautureau and, other tour leader, Adam Weintraub, will be taking you through some of everyone's wish list of Peru's well-known historical attractions, staying in beautiful accommodations throughout the way, and showing you what types of amazing cuisine comes from a country that is so saturated with a history of ancient societies. Adam has 4 locations of his well-known resto-bar, Museo del Pisco, throughout Peru, and is also a professional photographer who has been leading photographic tours of Peru for more than 13 years.

For those who say that 12 days is not enough, there is also a 4 day - 3-night post-tour extension that takes you to the Amazon. Can't think of a better way to cap off the entire experience. For more information on the extended tour, follow the link, take me to the Amazon.
